This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru North for a Sales Associate specializing in office leasing. The Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their office space requirements, and helping them find the ideal coworking or office space. Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding client relationships, conducting site tours, negotiating lease agreements, and staying informed about market trends and property availability. The role requires effective communication with clients, landlords, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting and networking
• Basic knowledge of the office leasing or real estate market, with the ability to conduct market analysis and competitor research
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude, commitment to delivering exceptional service, and a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
