Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bangalore (Bengaluru), is for a Property Sales Associate. The role involves assisting clients in property purchasing processes, understanding their needs, and providing suitable real estate solutions. You will conduct property showings, negotiate deals, and prepare necessary documents while ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will stay updated on market trends, maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills and experience in generating leads, client management, and closing property deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and legal processes related to buying and selling
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and property-related software tools
- A proactive and result-driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work on-site and flexibility in adapting to client schedules, including weekends
