Job Description

  • Client Fee Collection:Ensure timely collection of monthly retainer fees from clients as per the agreed timelines.
  • Client Acquisition:Work towards acquiring new clients based on provided leads and build strong relationships.
  • Prevent Harassment:Collaborate with senior advocates to prevent any form of harassment for clients.
  • Quick Settlement:Work with senior advocates to ensure the fast and efficient settlement of client cases.
  • Negotiation:Engage in negotiations with bank officials and recovery agencies to facilitate the recovery process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strongcommunication skillsto effectively interact with clients and senior staff.
  • Ability to build and maintainclient relationships.
  • Proven experience inclient acquisitionand handling negotiations.
  • Good understanding ofnegotiation techniquesand dispute resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience:6 months to 2-5 years in inside sales, debt collection sales, insurance sales, etc.
  • Language: English And regional language.
  • No prior experience infield sales,FMCG sales, orretail salesis required.
  • Proactiveand results-oriented approach to sales and client management.
