Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Kolkata. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with YouTubers, brands, and creators, and promoting the company's services. Daily tasks include engaging in outreach, managing client accounts, providing personalized growth solutions, and effectively communicating the company's offerings to prospective clients. Additionally, the role involves tracking sales metrics and preparing reports to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in understanding digital marketing, YouTube optimization, and content strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales effectively
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with teamwork abilities
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of YouTube trends and content creator industry is a plus
Incentive - 15 to 20k in hand salary
