Role Description
The Sales Associate role at Bajaj Life is a part-time, hybrid position based in Kolkata, which allows for occasional remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of Bajaj Life's insurance products, supporting clients in selecting suitable plans, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, provide follow-up services, and assist in addressing customer inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management experience
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking, ability to assess needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Marketing or business acumen is preferred
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and services is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency with digital tools and customer support platforms, such as WhatsApp or CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
