Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Noida. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering sales presentations. The role also involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, meeting sales targets, and reporting on sales activities and market trends to the sales management team.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions
  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Knowledge of the education industry and sales strategies, or willingness to learn
  • Result-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Prior experience in educational technology is a plus but not mandatory
