Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, Kalkaji, for a Assistant Sales Support Manager. The selected candidate will manage and support a team of sales professionals along with his/her own individual target to achieve by overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring consistent client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, enhancing sales processes, analyzing performance data, and identifying growth opportunities. The Assistant Sales Support Manager will also assist in developing strategies to meet sales targets and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret sales performance metrics
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and experience building strong client relationships
  • Proven sales expertise and proficiency in enhancing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Sales operations experience, with proficiency in using CRM tools and streamlining workflows
  • Leadership and team management skills to guide and support a high-performing sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or travel and tourism is preferble.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-paced professional environment
