Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our MICE & Weddings division. The ideal candidate should have a strong industry network, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. This role requires a passion for events and hospitality, along with strong relationship-building and client servicing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE and weddings segment
- Leverage industry knowledge to drive corporate MICE sales and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, venues, and vendors
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM data, track sales activities, and provide regular performance reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in MICE, events, or weddings
- Strong network across corporate clients, event management companies, wedding planners, and hospitality partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Result-driven mindset with strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Skills- Experience in handling luxury or high-end events
- Understanding of destination management and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of marketing and lead generation strategies
