The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle a variety of responsibilities, such as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and conducting customer outreach. Creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and offering training to customers and distributors is also a key part of this role. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for remote work.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet targets, and drive revenue
• Experience in Training and facilitating distributor and customer workshops
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in marketing and promotions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience within the healthcare or medical supplies industry is a plus
