Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 34 years of proven experience in the immigration or overseas education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful clients by providing expert consultation, building trust, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads provided by marketing and digital channels.
- Conduct detailed consultations with potential clients to assess eligibility for various immigration programs (PR, work permits, study visas, etc.).
- Provide accurate information on visa processes, documentation, timelines, and costs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high conversion and satisfaction levels.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with changing immigration policies and program requirements of major destinations (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
- Collaborate with the counseling and documentation teams for smooth case processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the immigration, visa, or overseas education domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
