This person will lead the NeoPartner Program, drive sales and digital growth,and build systems and workflows that allow NeoYug to scale consciously and efficiently keeping the values and ethics intact while building it.

• Lead and grow the NeoPartner Program, building a strong network of collaborators, affiliates, and creators.
• Lead digital growth initiatives, setting up scalable systems and processes for performance and efficiency.
• Represent NeoYug on-camera and at offline events, hosting meetups, sessions, and community gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to align business direction with NeoYug's spiritual and scale purpose.
• Establish accountability systems and reporting frameworks for measurable, sustainable growth.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, growth, and partnerships
• Strong understanding of digital growth, CRM tools, and systems thinking.
• Deep interest in spirituality, consciousness, and modern wellness.
• Confident communicator, comfortable on-camera and in live settings.
• Strategic thinker with an executive's mindset - structured, accountable, and entrepreneurial.
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
