Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within domestic and international target sectors.

  • Lead generation and prospecting across international and domestic markets.

  • Initiating and managing personalised outreach conversations with business owners and founders.

  • Maintaining complete and accurate records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM including pipeline stage updates and follow up reminders daily.

  • Scheduling and coordinating online meetings and calls between prospects and the team.

  • Publishing and scheduling content across decided platforms.

  • Research, writing and publishing of blogs across relevant targeted platforms.

  • Identify and build relationships with potential referral partners and collaboration opportunities that align with the growth objectives.

  • Monitoring relevant online communities, forums, professional networks and groups and contributing genuinely to build brand awareness over time.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of all business development efforts.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on a thorough analysis of outreach and campaign data.

  • Supporting with any additional growth related tasks as the agency evolves and scales.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences across global markets.

  • Strong research & analytical skills.

  • 1-2 years of professional experience working in a similar role and having proven track record.

  • Highly self motivated, accountable, and results oriented with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.

  • A strong educational background demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of marketing and business fundamentals.

  • Must be familiar with - Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Instagram, Hubspot (or any CRM).
