Job Title: Inside BDE
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside BDE to join our team, specializing in client acquisition through freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and securing projects related to branding, creative design, and Custom software development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on freelancing platforms (such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, Fiverr, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify client requirements and craft compelling proposals tailored to their needs.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project scope and close deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with internal design and development teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bidding on freelancing platforms or similar sales roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative design, and website development services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a digital agency or IT services company.
- Knowledge of current market trends in web design, UI/UX, and branding.
