Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, training junior sales staff, and overseeing sales management processes to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Competency in Training and mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
  • Experience in Sales Management, including strategizing and executing effective sales plans.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales-related software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
