Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and managing client relationships, and promoting the company's compostable packaging products. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, conducting market research, managing sales strategies, and providing training to team members or clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to train and mentor team members to achieve business goals
- Proficiency in establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Knowledge of sustainable practices or the packaging industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
