This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, develop sales strategies, and execute marketing campaigns. The Specialist will also conduct regular training sessions, oversee sales activities, and support the overall sales and marketing goals of the company.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate internally and externally
• Customer Service expertise to build lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Proven experience and skills in Sales, including identifying opportunities and closing deals
• Sales Management experience with the ability to guide and train sales teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the real estate sector is an added advantage
• Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant sales and marketing technologies
