Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and following up with potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves conducting customer training sessions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the company's marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate with the sales team to ensure overall sales targets are met and exceeded.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, drive business growth, and achieve targets
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions and support customers in understanding and utilizing company offerings
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with industrial machinery or B2B sales is a plus
