Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales processes, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, promoting company products and services, and providing training to customers on product applications. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective client interaction and satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in Training and guiding customers about products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in machinery, industrial equipment, or a related sector is required
