Role Description

IndiRent is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for partial work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing and training sales teams, implementing marketing strategies, and identifying customer needs. You will also develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders while assisting customers in navigating our digital platform with exceptional support. Success in this role will require effectively communicating products and services to clients and contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and other team members
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to manage targets, close deals, and lead sales initiatives
  • Training abilities to onboard and coach team members, ensuring alignment with the company's goals
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate, technology platforms, or related industries is an advantage
