Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Paddhari. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying and prospecting new clients, managing sales processes, delivering training to the sales team, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote our products and increase market presence.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including setting goals and achieving sales targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to improve performance and skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities
• Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools for sales reporting and customer relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or healthcare industry is a plus
