Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Jodhpur. The successful candidate will manage sales strategies, perform client outreach, and maintain relationships with customers through exceptional service. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to drive business growth, analyzing market data, and ensuring sales targets are met. The candidate will also assist in training team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to boost productivity and performance.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies for business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic data analysis skills is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jodhpur and adapt to dynamic business environments.
