This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The specialist will oversee sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include training team members, managing sales operations, and coordinating marketing initiatives to drive growth and increase brand visibility. The role demands a combination of strong marketing insights and exceptional communication skills.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Training skills to guide and develop team members effectively
• Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports to track performance
• Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
