Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata. This position will involve creating and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying leads, delivering product presentations, and overseeing training programs for new and existing clients. The role will also include devising marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and meet business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to onboard new team members and educate clients on products and solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competition to develop strategic plans.
- Familiarity with IT and security solutions will be a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
