Specialising in LED products, Spectra Luminaires offers in-house capabilities for designing, developing, testing, and providing end-to-end solutions for new and existing projects. This includes services such as design, colour rendering, manufacturing, installation, and site maintenance. Established clients include prominent names such as Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, EESL, AAI, GVK, and the American Embassy.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves sales training and managing the performance of sales activities to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and develop team members effectively
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the lighting or electrical industry is a plus
