Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karol Bagh for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Janak's products and services to potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, and implementing effective sales strategies. Collaboration with the sales team, tracking industry trends, and achieving sales targets are also essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Sales Management expertise, including coordinating with teams and monitoring progress towards business goals
  • Experience in Training clients or team members on the use of products or services offered
  • Analytical and organizational skills to study market trends and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
