Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing sales and marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for clients or colleagues. You will also contribute to sales management activities and support business growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including strategizing and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in Training others on products and solutions to enhance team capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the drive to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
