Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist with experience in the consulting or professional services industry. The role focuses on client acquisition, business development, and brand building through a mix of digital and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing CRM pipelines, supporting sales closures, and strengthening Solique s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Client Expansion
Drive client acquisition through strategic outreach, referrals, campaigns, and partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across consulting services
Support end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation to conversion
Coordinate with leadership and consulting teams for proposal and pitch support
Maintain and manage sales pipelines using Zoho CRM
Marketing (Digital & Offline)
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, website content, basic SEO)
Support offline marketing initiatives such as events, seminars, networking forums, and industry meets
Create clear, professional, and grammatically strong content for presentations, brochures, emails, and social media
Manage brand communication and marketing collaterals aligned with consulting standards
Track campaign performance and prepare basic sales and marketing reports
