This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Surat. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales and implementing marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing client relationships, conducting sales pitches, and providing training to junior team members. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven experience in Sales to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Expertise in Sales Management to oversee and guide sales processes and strategies
• Strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
