Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves executing and managing sales and marketing initiatives to support business growth. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, developing effective sales strategies, conducting client outreach, delivering product trainings, managing a sales team, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity
- Proficiency in team collaboration and strategic thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in local language(s) is an advantage
