Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist for our Patna location. The position will involve developing and managing sales strategies, engaging with current and potential clients to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also require conducting training sessions, managing teams, analyzing sales data, and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Proficient Sales and Sales Management skills to drive growth and revenue
- Experience in conducting Training sessions and mentoring team members
- Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis to align marketing efforts with company objectives
- Ability to work in an on-site role and build positive client relationships
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
