Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Patna. The responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, driving customer engagement, managing sales campaigns, delivering sales presentations, and conducting training for sales team members. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client interactions and relationship management
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in implementing Training programs to enhance team performance
- Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
