Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and promoting the company's label offerings. The role also involves creating proposals, managing campaigns, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
• Ability to create and implement effective Marketing Strategies and Campaigns
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Understanding of Branding and Design principles is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of the printing or packaging industry is an advantage
