Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging new clients, managing customer relationships, and promoting Onholidays travel services. The role also encompasses conducting training sessions for team members and analyzing performance to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their travel needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve set objectives
- Strong background in Training to guide and mentor team members effectively
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is an asset
- Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
