Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities of this role include engaging with clients to understand their needs, managing customer relationships, driving sales initiatives, and implementing marketing strategies. Daily tasks involve handling customer inquiries, collaborating with the marketing team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to analyze sales performance and craft strategies to meet goals.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and align with business objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in photography or creative services is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
