Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for two Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Gujarat and also one for Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting services to prospective clients. Tasks will involve creating and executing marketing strategies, providing client training as needed, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. The role works closely with the internal team to meet organizational sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Ability to provide Training in sales techniques and service offerings where necessary
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in industry-relevant software is advantageous
• Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or testing services sector is a plus
