Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. In this role, you will manage sales activities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to grow the customer base. You will develop marketing strategies, implement targeted campaigns, and evaluate their performance. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with team members to meet sales goals, and organizing training programs to help drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify leads, close deals, and effectively manage sales processes.
- Experience in Training and coaching to enhance team performance and improve sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing roles or similar industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, market research, and analytics is advantageous.
