This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, actively engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions to enhance team capabilities, managing sales performance, and supporting promotional campaigns to maximize customer engagement.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Capability to conduct Training sessions to upskill the team and enhance performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively, possess excellent organizational skills, and maintain attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
