Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility to work from home. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will engage in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in developing marketing strategies, training sales associates, and driving overall sales performance to meet targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement is integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven Sales expertise and the ability to identify and close opportunities
• Experience in Sales Management and Training of team members to achieve goals
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with the luxury or artisan goods market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
