Key Responsibilities
- Vendor & Host Onboarding: Reach out to potential vendors and event hosts, explain OOTBO's value proposition, and assist with onboarding.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential hosts and vendors through direct outreach, cold calls, and referrals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with hosts and vendors to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Act as a liaison between vendors and hosts, ensuring smooth event execution and resolving any issues proactively.
- Customer Support: Provide support to users via phone, email, and chat to address queries and concerns.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales and engagement targets for vendor sign-ups and event bookings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account management (preferably in events, hospitality, or marketplaces).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
