Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Thane. The role involves executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow market share. Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities, supporting team training initiatives, and overseeing sales management tasks to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to contribute to and facilitate Training within a sales and marketing framework
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the dairy or FMCG industry will be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
