Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will engage in building and maintaining client relationships, generating sales, and developing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for clients and teams, managing sales operations, and collaborating with the team to optimize marketing strategies. Some job duties may be performed remotely, providing flexibility alongside on-site work as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales and sales management to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in training and developing teams or customers to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and an understanding of market trends are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the interior decor or a related industry is a plus.
