Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in India and abroad.. The primary responsibilities include identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, promoting solutions to clients, managing sales cycles, providing product demonstrations, and conducting training sessions for clients and team members. The Specialist will also maintain strong client relationships, implement sales strategies, and contribute to achieving organizational sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in Training clients and team members on software solutions, including Genesys product knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in understanding and applying sales lifecycle strategies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the technology/software industry and familiarity with Genesys solutions is a plus.
