Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The specialist will develop and execute sales strategies, spearhead customer acquisition, coordinate with key clients, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to training initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach in driving revenue growth, managing sales pipelines, and participating in marketing campaigns to support business objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and representing the company in external events and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve or exceed targets and manage sales pipelines
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and improve sales techniques
  • Good understanding of market analysis, including ability to identify trends and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or scientific supply industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
