This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Coimbatore South. The specialist will identify and pursue sales opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with customers, and collaborate on creating and implementing marketing strategies. This role also involves delivering trainings for client-facing teams, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and address inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, track performance, and generate leads.
• Experience and ability in providing Training to teams to enhance performance and align with sales and marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing roles or a related field will be considered an advantage.
