Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and strategizing to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks may include executing marketing plans, conducting product presentations, coordinating with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role will involve engaging in training activities to improve the team's sales and customer service proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and building client relationships
• Capability to conduct Training and support team development initiatives
• Proficiency in strategic planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment
