Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Chennai. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and managing customer relationships, delivering effective sales presentations, and managing sales processes. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also play a key role in training and supporting team members, devising marketing strategies, and achieving business targets.

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in Training and support to help develop team members skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven organizational and time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
