Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Kanpeki Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves promoting the brand's professional skincare range, engaging with customers and partners, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship building. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing in-store and partner trainings, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives across channels. The specialist will track sales performance, gather market feedback, and collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and promotional activities. This role also includes maintaining excellent customer service standards and representing the brand at events, workshops, and professional forums.

Qualifications

• We need a Candidate - Who is fluent in Bengali language, which is must requirement.
• Candidate should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support growth targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to conduct product education sessions and workshops for customers and professional partners.
• Candidates should have knowledge of skincare or beauty industry products and an interest in Japanese skincare traditions.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic marketing concepts, including campaign support and brand promotion.
• Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in sales or beauty/skincare is an advantage.
