Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales pipelines, and conducting training sessions. The candidate will work closely with the team to achieve business goals, build relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for growth in the education consultancy sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and manage pipelines effectively.
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate and guide clients or team members.
• Knowledge of study abroad processes and standardized tests such as IELTS, SAT, PTE, GRE, GMAT, or TOEFL is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
