Kaizen Metals & Alloys India is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex, and specialty metals. We supply pipes, tubes, plates, sheets, bars, fittings, flanges, and fasteners to industrial customers in India and overseas.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on sales and export marketing role focused on building business through direct outreach. You'll be on calls every day, sending and following up on emails, and working closely with customers in both domestic and international markets to convert conversations into enquiries and orders.

Role:

• Making regular cold calls to potential customers
• Running email outreach and following up consistently
• Finding new customers and export opportunities
• Coordinating closely on enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in metals, alloys, or industrial products sales
• Fluent spoken and written English
• A solid understanding of sales and basic marketing practices
• Comfort with Excel, email tools, CRM systems, and office software
• Confidence handling high-volume outreach and regular follow-ups
