We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, training and managing the sales team, and identifying new market opportunities. The specialist will also provide excellent customer service, build client relationships, and support the overall growth of the company. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting client consultations, and promoting the brand effectively.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to ensure performance excellence
• Ability to develop strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus
